Item Not Received: Your order does not arrive within the promised delivery time (Buyer Protection period).
Item Not as Described: The product is significantly different from the description, has quality issues, or arrived damaged.
Counterfeit Guarantee: If an item is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund (including shipping).
Opening a Dispute: You can open a dispute from 11 days after shipping your order until 15 days after the delivery is confirmed.
Negotiation: Once a dispute is opened, our team will respond within 5 days.
Resolution: If we cannot reach an agreement, Wizza Support will mediate and provide a final solution.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3–20 business days to your original payment method.
